- Full-time and part time positions. 15-40 hrs per week.
Requirements:
-High-School Diploma or GED (18+)
-Relevant sales experience
-Ability to calculate figures (discount, interest, etc.)
-Strong customer service skills
-A Positive attitude!
As a Sales Associate you will:
-Welcome All Guest with a Smile!
-Answer the store phone and answer customer questions or complaints.
-Assist during down-time.
-Assist with pricing, tagging, promotions, and organization of the sales floor
– Follow up with customers and provide them with an ETA (estimate-time arrival).
-Quickly pick up policies and procedures.
-Assist customers with design choices confidently.
-Stay up to date on product knowledge and transfer knowledge to customers.
-Write Invoices and schedule deliveries if necessary.
Hours:
Monday-Saturday: 11am- 6pm
Sunday: 12pm- 6pm
Schedule
Day shift, Monday to Friday, Weekend and holidays necessary.
